Ash Ganley
Principal & Managing Partner
ASH GANLEY is on a mission to increase the quality and quantity of cannabis production while reducing both the environmental impact and the operational expense of cultivation. As a co-founder and former Chief Cultivation Technology Officer of a vertically integrated, US-based multi-state operator and former co- founder and CEO of a PhDdriven cannabis technology company, Ash has over a decade of deep leadership experience in every aspect of the cannabis cultivation industry.
Chris Liddy
Principal & Managing Partner
CHRIS LIDDY has a degree in Environmental Science/Plant Biology and a Masters in Environmental Biology from the University of Guelph. He completed graduate research at the Controlled Environmental Systems Research Facility, a leader in indoor plant production. Chris was part of the founding team for several vertical hydroponic technology companies and has experience in Industrial Hygiene. He has been active in the legal cannabis industry since 2016, raising capital for a venture in Eastern Europe, supporting business development, and providing technical consulting services.
Jordan Thomson

JORDAN THOMSON has value added expertise grounded in a foundational knowledge of facility design and construction, cultivation best practices, and the strategic deployment of seed-to-sale technologies, resulting in enhanced value realizations for clients. Across his portfolio, Jordan's main objective remains clear: eliminate redundancies, reduce costs, and implement the most viable, modern and efficient systems and equipment for clients to improve their returns.
Dave Marino

DAVE MARINO is a business graduate of Western University & was a pre-IPO investor in Inner Spirit Holdings Ltd. (sold for $130M CAD) where he helped grow the Spiritleaf brand into 130+ franchised & corporate stores across six provinces within 3.5 years of legalization. He currently owns nearly 50 cannabis retail stores in Ontario under multiple banners, which have collectively sold hundreds of millions worth of recreational cannabis since 2020. Dave is also a licensed real estate broker specializing in B2B contract negotiations & has helped countless global retail brands achieve their expansion goals.
